Historical Hearst’s Castle is covering 165 rooms and 127 acres of landscaped gardens, walkways, ponds and terraces. Created by architect Julia Morgan, this breathtaking masterpiece of architectural art today is a historic house museum, as well as a National Park, California.

Fairfield Pond House is a seaside house in the vicinity of New York, owned by American businessman and investor Ira Rennert. Ownership of 110,000 square feet includes 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, dining room of 30 meters in length, five tennis courts, a bowling alley, squash courts, basketball courts, gardens and a fantastic view of the sea. During construction, local residents were angry at such a huge and expensive building next to their housing.
