The temperature in the swimming pools of Poseidon Gardens is from 20 to 40 degrees, the water has a different chemical composition and medicinal qualities.

In addition to the cascade pools, which are located in the park, you can find specially paved from Vesuvius stones Japanese bath with contrasting thermal water. In one part the temperature is 15 degrees, and in another is 40 degrees. Water in the Japanese bath is filled only to the knee level and it is used for a particular medical procedure called "thermal shock". Visitors walk on pebbles scattered on the floor, massaging the soles of the feet and, due to a sharp drop temperature, they receive a favorable effect on the entire body.

In the shade of an olive grove, directly on natural thermal source there is a real Roman sauna, created by the ancient model. Incidentally, the well-preserved Roman baths you can see even in the English city of Bath. Just inside the Poseidon Gardens there is a large Olympic-size swimming pool with healing thermal water. Nearby is a small pool for children. Every evening, the water in all pools of the health center is cleaned.
