While usually the bathhouses are designed for washing, swimming and healing people, Iran has been a bit different and the main goal of such structures was to bring people together, the place where you could talk and socialize. That's why you won't find here like a main bathing area, but a dressing gall instead – a relaxing place for bathers to lounge and talk.

There is a main washing area, known as Garmkhaneh, and it consists of number of private hot tubs and baths. It is connected to the dressing hall by special corridors with huge numbers of turns, in order not to mix the hot and cold air between the two places.
