The main objective of the Zoological park is a harmonious combination of the beauty of the existing landscape Hellbrunn with the usual habitat of animals. So, they designed and created a special landscape space that introduces children and adult visitors with balanced relationships in the world of animals and plants.
Out of a maximum possible natural materials the needs of animals were met, constructing "Zoosphere habitat", which also allows you to monitor related groups of animals.
The Alpine zoo of Innsbruck

The European high-altitude zoo is located on the sun terrace of Innsbruck, shows over 1,500 animals of over 150 Alpine species. Being a themed zoo, which attracts every year more than 300,000 visitors, the Alpine zoo has reached worldwide fame primarily due to the success in keeping and breeding rare and endangered of extinction species of animals that inhabit the Alps.
Zoo Aurach

Zoo Aurach was founded over thirty years ago, around 250-year-old Tyrolean farm-yard. Today it is one of the most beautiful zoos in Austria with an area of 40 hectares.
Most animals can move freely around its territory, so visitors can closely observe deer, fallow deer, stone goats, bighorn sheep, Tibetan yaks, lynx, wild boar, kangaroo, Berber monkeys, eagle owls and capercaillies.
